Our Goal
On SIte Property Inspections goal is to provide quality home and termite inspections to sellers and buyers of residential and commercial properties in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. We are dedicated to providing non-biased information and findings in comprehensive narrative reports to assist our clients in their real estate needs and to help protect their investments. Your understanding of the inspection findings is critical to our goal of providing the best customer service available.
What Do We Do?
Since 2000 when On Site Property Inspections was founded, we have provided home buyers, home sellers and real estate agents with accurate information essential to evaluating a homes condition. Steve Rush has been an inspector since 1989 and has performed over 25,000 home and termite inspections. r
Our home inspection report findings are in compliance with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice. (See our sample report!)
We perform WDO/ termite" inspections and issue report of findings with estimates for repair and/ or treatment. Our inspectors are licensed by the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs as Branch 3 Operators. The Structural Pest Control Board oversees our compliance in reports and business operations based on the Structural Pest Control Act . The Ca. Department of Agriculture oversees our compliance in pest control pesticide application and use. (See our sample report!)
